🌟 What we are looking for for our front desk sales associate

Fit Culture Pilates is looking for energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Glow Guides to join our studio team!

Our Glow Guides are the face of Fit Culture and play an important role in creating an amazing experience for both new and existing clients. This is a sales-focused position, so we’re looking for someone who is confident connecting with people, comfortable making phone calls and sending follow-up texts, and motivated by helping grow our studio community.

Responsibilities include:

Connecting with prospective clients and following up with leads via phone and text
Educating clients on intro offers, memberships, packages, and studio services
Helping convert leads and prospective clients into members
Greeting and checking clients in for classes
Providing friendly and helpful front desk support
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
Completing opening, closing, and daily studio tasks
Supporting the team with additional studio needs as they arise

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, positive, outgoing, and professional
Sales-minded and comfortable making outbound calls
Self-motivated and able to stay productive throughout their shift
Reliable, punctual, and organized
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
Team-oriented, drama-free, and receptive to feedback
Excited about fitness, wellness, and building community

Shifts are approximately 5 hours, with morning and afternoon/evening availability. Candidates should be available to work at least 3 shifts per week.
