Our entry level class, your starting point at Fit Culture.

We integrate contemporary Pilates with low impact fitness intervals to design a class that intelligently targets your whole body while incorporating music you can move to – Experience an overall improvement in your body awareness while our experienced instructors teach you all the finer points of our custom reformer workout.

Fit Culture’s customized Cardio class infuses fitness and athletic conditioning flows that will elevate your heart rate and burn calories. Using the jump boards on our custom reformers, you’ll get a full body low-impact cardio workout that will have you feeling like your best self!

Your hand weights are your best friend in this class!

Sculpt is a unique combination of reformer Pilates and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining contemporary Pilates and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.

Get ready to feel the burn in our most challenging format! This class focuses on slow, controlled motion while using complex movements that target multiple muscle groups in each exercise. The goal is to keep your muscles activated for extended periods of time. By performing these workouts at a slow pace, you maximize your muscles’ time under tension.

Traditional Tone

Timeless techniques meet modern vitality!

This traditional Pilates class pulls from Joseph Pilates original 34 reformer exercises Fit Culture Style!  We incorporates flexion, rotation and extension exercises specifically designed to lengthen and tone the body for achieving greater strength and flexibility. Classical mat exercises are performed on the reformer in combination with other Pilates exercises to help the body release the tension from the muscles and strengthen the weak areas. Slow pace focused on form and alignment.
